# OMNI: automate your business workflows

OMNI by Rta Labs is a platform for configuring AI agents and connecting them into recurring business workflows. Start with one Lattice and add agents to automate more of the business.

## What is a Lattice?

A Lattice is a preconfigured team of OMNI agents for a business workflow. Setup establishes the business context, desired output and rules. Work can run on a schedule or on demand, with results available for review on a dashboard.

- **Lead Generation:** researches companies matching an ideal customer profile and provides source links, available verified contact information, outreach drafts and branded one-pagers for selected leads. Customers send the emails themselves. A researched company may have a phone or contact form without a verified email. Self-service setup is available.

## Can a business create its own agents?

OMNI provides a conversational Concierge and manual builder for custom agents and workflows. Knowledge agents can use supplied documents. Trained specialists are a separate agent option; not every OMNI agent is a trained model. Integrations require the relevant connection and permissions. Model availability, response time and hosting configuration depend on the deployment.

## How does the business stay in control?

Workflows can use scheduling, review and approval controls, with run receipts showing delivered work and items needing attention. Lead Generation keeps outreach as drafts for the customer to review and send. Outputs still require the review appropriate to their business use.
